TERMS FOR ORDERING & SHIPPING
Does the price include postage & handling (i.e shipping)?
Yes, in Australia shipping is free.
We ship using Australia Post or DHL.
Rich now we're only selling to Australian customers. If you're an international customer with a hankering for Rock get in touch with us by email or we can recommend you visit Nick's Wine Merchants.
How long will my bottle(s) take to reach me?
You should expect your order to arrive within 2-3 days of us processing your order if you're in metropolitan Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane, 3-5 days if you're in metropolitan Adelaide and 6-10 days if you're located anywhere else in Australia.
For our international customers please get in touch by email and we will work with you to arrange the fastest way we fulfill your order.
Can I pick up my bottle(s)?
We don't operate a cellar door or other physical shop so pick up is not an option at this time.

Do I have to pay tax or other fees?
The price shown on our website is in Australian dollars and includes Australia’s goods and services tax (GST), which is currently 10%, and also Australia’s excise on alcoholic beverages. If your delivery address is in Australia you just pay the bottle price plus shipping (if anytime) at checkout.

What methods of payment does ALASKAN ROCK accept?
We take online payments by Visa and MasterCard credit cards through PayPal. You can use a PayPal account without a credit card if that’s what you prefer.
Do I need to be at the shipping address to take delivery?
ALASKAN ROCK vodka is an alcohol product and we can only sell it to people who are of legal drinking age and who nominate a legitimate address for shipping. We don't deliver to PO boxes and we don't just leave it on a doorstep either. But don't worry if you miss the post. Australia Post will leave you a note advising you where you can go to collect your order, usually at your nearest post office. DHL or other couriers will do the same.
Can I get delivery to my workplace instead of my billing address?
Can I buy a bottle as a gift for a friend?
You bet. The same posting details apply as if you were buying it for yourself. You just set out a different delivery address from your billing address.
How will my order be managed?
Once you place an order online we’re notified ASAP so we can get started processing it promptly. We’ll carefully pack your numbered bottle in its 'Ned Kelly' box, and into our awesome black cartons if you're ordering a 6-pack. We will send it off to you usually within 1-2 days and you'll get an email to confirm. Once your order has been completed online you won’t be able to cancel it. If the wrong shipping address has been used we might not be able to change it in time but please email us to let us know and we’ll do our best to sort it out for you.
How will I know my bottle is coming to me?
As above, once your order is shipped in Australia we’ll drop you an email with an Australia Post or DHL tracking number or details of our delivery if you're in metropolitan Sydney.
For international customers we'll ship by FedEx or other delivery service and we'll make sure you also get a tracking number.
What if I want to buy lots of bottles?
Will Alaskan Rock accept returns and provide refunds?
We’re really proud of our vodka and our beautiful bottles, boxes and tops. We describe the product in detail on this website. If you're buying our vodka you are representing to us that you are who you say you are, you're of legal age to buy our product and that you wish to purchase our product. Please don't place an order if that's not the case. Drop us an email if you've got any questions before you order. We can't accept returns for change of mind.
Your numbered bottle(s) of Alaskan Rock vodka inside its "Ned Kelly" box will be packed carefully to protect against breakage. We've tested our packaging with Australia Post and DHL and we are confident it will stand up to the rigours of postage and courier services. If, however, the bottle arrives in a chipped or damaged condition please email us a pic right away and let us have details of delivery. Do this as soon as you open the box - i.e on the day of delivery. We’ll get you a free replacement to you as soon as we can (and we’ll cover the cost of shipping too). You may prefer a refund to a replacement in a situation where goods are damaged. If you do, please let us know by email and we can arrange that for you. Please allow up to 30 days to arrange the refund with your credit card agency.
Is Alaskan Rock vodka available at bottle shops?
We're a new business and growing all the time. We mostly sell online but we have bottles at some bottle shops too.
Ian, Ches, Todd and the terrific team at Sydney's Five Way Cellars in Paddington in Sydney stock our vodka.
